So, does making eye contact turn you to smoke instead of stone, or turn the Reverse Medusa from stone into (giant, presumably hangry) flesh?
There's a reason why this Reverse Medusa is a statue. There's always a bigger fish.
That's objectively cool. I'd describe a reverse medusa as one of those freaky snakes who have a spider-like thing growing on their tails, only in this case it's a human head.
